I have a bench, dumbbells, pull-up/dip station, and maybe most importantly and ab-wheel.. I can get in as good of shape as possible for me with that stuff if I tried hard.
An ab-wheel is one of the hardest things to do (assuming you use it properly, most people at the gym have no idea how to perform the motion). It's a weird sensation that makes your stomach feel somewhere between cramping and taking a shit.
