So I bought a Bo-flex

I have a bench, dumbbells, pull-up/dip station, and maybe most importantly and ab-wheel.. I can get in as good of shape as possible for me with that stuff if I tried hard.

An ab-wheel is one of the hardest things to do (assuming you use it properly, most people at the gym have no idea how to perform the motion). It's a weird sensation that makes your stomach feel somewhere between cramping and taking a shit.
 
Sounds like it will just be a pain in the ass to get rid of later.

It's the only thing I can do that makes my pecs sore. I can do 10 sets of bench in just about any fashion, and my chest will barely feel anything.. But doing the ab wheel 200+ times from my knees (I wear a weight vest for the last set of 40) makes my chest muscles sore. One of the only things that does it. From standing is core and lower back, but I honestly fear it's going to give me a hernia sometimes because I don't do sit-ups like I should.

I have a Boflex that I used to use alot. Got in decent shape between that and running but the brackets that hold the bench are getting loose and Im too lazy to fix them
 
I have a yoga matt, exercise ball, and a bicycle. I used to lift weights but now in my mid 30s I am focusing on flexibility, core strength, and cardio. I swim at the gym also but that is closed right now

It really helps me ride my dirtbike (2 stroke of course) which is a fuckin workout!

Why not just buy a bench and some weights?
 
Is that plastic? I'm guessing at some point the plastic will degrade, something will break, someone will get badly injured.
 
Anyone remember the crunchy machine? A bar above your head while you’re laying on a platform behind your middle back that makes you sit up when you pull it towards your legs?

if you don’t have the motivation to do a sit up you aren’t going to have the motivation to lay down and use the machine.
