Retire after knocking out Rockhold simply because it would be funny as fuck. Bisping is a master at shit talking and getting under people's skin.
It would play out like this:
Bisping knocks out Rockhold, and gets the belt and all is crazy in the world of matchmaking and sherdog is imploding.
At the post fight presser Bisping says, "Well mate, you made that look easy. I'm going to retire now since I whooped your ass so easily."
Walks off stage with his belt.
Make Rockhold work for it again.
