dont know if his body will adjust to losing 20lbs of muscle and respond the way it did before. I know that he fought at 155 most of his career pre ufc but at the end of the day, Roy Nelson can lose 20 lbs and not be affected adversely but when you take a man who just put on 20 pounds of ripped muscle and he has to lose that muscle now, he is going to feel very very weak.

Are you serious or not? He was bigger than 168 when he was fighting at FW. He's an inch shorter than GSP, and not much smaller in build. GSP was around 190 on fight night

it's going to be rough, both physically and mentally because i think he did not want to go back there.

I thought the WW talk was rubbish, but with the LW belt, he could have dropped the FW without any real consequences.

145 is where he can dominate. He doesn't have the chin or wrestling to deal with someone like RDA.

Though at 145, Edgar remains a big threat. He could take McG down and he hits hard (ask Mendes).

No Mahr 2 brekfastes in the moarnin' for conaarr

He had put on a lot of fat too. You could tell. He was not lean and ripped at all. Yes ofcourse at 145 he is ultra ripped because of cutting water. But he didn't look that lean for this fight. He had fat on his arms to. People carry fat in different areas. Obviously not talking Roy Nelson level. But that weight gain was not all muscle. You could certainly tell there was more fat on him aswell. You can look lean without having to cut water weight. Like Benson Henderson did at 170.

he was pretty smooth at 168. He clearly has some fat, muscle and water that he could easily drop to make 145 just like he always does. Don't talk about things like this if you haven't done a lot of lifting and dieting. Anyone who has, knows how easy it is for your body to fluctuate 10-20 lbs in a pretty short time, and that's without a water cut.

Aldo has said that he walks around at around 170 and he's always ripped, so the FW guys are heavy.

Paging Dr. Supplements...Dr. Supplements. I kid.

He's always been a big FW. His natural weight class is LW. Dropping 13 lbs to make LW will be easier, but he'll get back to looking like a skeleton to make 145.

I'm still praying that Conor keeps the weight and Dana feeds him to Lawler.

You guys need to stop shrooming, damn!
