Champions like Anderson, Aldo, Mighty Mouse, Jones, Nunes, Joanna, Usman, GSP, Stipe & Izzy should get the instant rematch whoever they lose to.

Someone losing the belt in their first title defence should win at least one before the rematch IMO. Otherwise we'd have rematches and trilogy fights just all the fucking time... even more than now.

Now he probably has to actually work for his title rematch, and that for some reason seems to terrify his fans.

If hes so good like you all claim he is, he can climb back into contention easy right?

How many champions lost to the same guy 3 times? Enough for it to happen "all the fucking time"?
 
If he stays at 185 then feed him to Khamzat.

The winner then gets a title shot.

If he moves up to 205, give him the title shot against Hill.

If he wins, he gets the rematch.

Simple.
 
If Pereira had legitimately fought his way up as a fan I would be demanding a rematch. Since he got hand carried ONLY off the basis of his kickboxing matches with Izzy and yet wound up stretched and starched yeah fuck that shit. No. Sherdogs desire to see Izzy beat is another Reyes moment. The new Pereira crowd is the old Reyes crowd. Facts

And then they checked the age statistics and it added up so Pereira has no chance anymore.

I don’t get why people are getting so emotional about this rivalry. Both have proven that they can finish the other guy, so in future fights, it’s all about who comes in healthy and is in the zone on the night. All this gum-flapping and claims of absolute victory (by proxy) are pointless and embarrassing.
