i dont really find it offensive on content alone. i just hate that snl doesn't even really try to hide that they are nothing more than propaganda for the left at this point. As a kid i couldnt wait to watch snl every week and i had no idea if they had an agenda, and if they did, what it was. later people like norm mcdonald would rip on people like in the clips above, but again it didnt really feel like a malicious attack on half of america (democrats in that case). it just felt like norm was being a dick in general (and i mean that in the best possible way). now it seems like humor is something they will take if it is an accidental result, but the actual message is just to tell the other half of america (conservatives) they are better than you.
