Smaller/Skinnier Guy starting grappling

5'10 140-145lbs here. like everyone else said, you get owned at first but stick with it. im new to bjj and im already seeing quite a bit of improvement in my game. keep at it, you'll learn that those guys that rely on strength fall behind...
 
Thanks for the tip, did you guys pretty much jump into BJJ or whatever without any experience or exercise ethics? Im just starting my regime and pushing my krav maga (yellow belt now) and will definitely consider taking some of their ground classes soon before investing in bjj.
 
Little, skinny guys (like me/us) MUST use speed and technique are key. Also, use your inherent cardio fitness.
