One of the most common things to happen when someone goes for an omoplata is for your opponent to try to roll out of it right away.

What a lot of people don't realize they can do, is they can actually attack their opponent's knee in the process. It's a slick kneebar that catches them off guard.

Your video is really nice but I personally find the toe hold safer than the knee bar because you don't need to release the trapped arm.

First thing I thought when watching also, "oh damn the toehold is right there"!!! I'm not sure BJJ is ready to fully embrace the toehold yet.
 
IMO that toehold is super hard to finish on a savvy and/or flexible opponent. You need the legs laced somehow for proper control.
 
This might sound weird but i learnt this in judo long before i studied bjj.
