Funny to be posting in this thread at 3:50 AM.
I went through a depressive stage where I was sleeping in excess of 14 hours a day for a while. Great for dreaming, not great for productivity, work and school.
Currently, I sleep 7-8 hours a day, usually going to bed between 11PM and Midnight. I have a highly variable work schedule and sometimes work weekends, so I unfortunately can't always stick to a regular sleep schedule.
Amphetamines and benzodiazepines are life savers.
