Sleep - what is your average time/pattern?

So I'm a 26yold HR Professional and am pretty steeped in routine - I get between 7-8.5hrs on week nights and 9-10 on the weekends. Sometimes I find this works and others it fails miserably! If I go to bed too early if eel as though I have non social time but too late and I'm paying for it the next day.

What do you think ideal sleep is? What's your routine?
 
My hours of sleep vary but I've been struggling all my life to sleep and night and be up in the day. My body seems to always want to be awake all night and sleep during the day. I hate it. It helps me when I'm out having fun, but for everything else in life it sucks.
 
7 hours usually. if i get more, i find it hard to wake up and feel more tired
 
Alarm set for 7am during the week, no alarm on the weekend.

Kid usually wakes me up at half 6 every day regardless.

Usually in bed between 11 and 12 every night. I never feel like I'm not getting enough sleep.
 
I shoot for 6-8 hours. I work out first thing in the morning so by the end of the day I rarely have difficulty getting to sleep. Try to keep the same schedule on the weekends because if I sleep to late on Sunday I have a hard time getting to sleep and it fucks me for Monday.
 
Sleep at about 1am, wakes up at 5:30am on weekdays. Plus 2-3 hours usually on weekends. No sleepy feeling during the days but I can fall nap easily if I want to on most environments.
 
I don't have a pattern
I can go to bed at nine and wake up at 5, or go to bed at 5 and wake up at 11. Or just not sleep at all.
 
Usually about 6 - 7 hours on weekdays and about a solid 8 hours on weekends. 9 - 10 hours if I've been partying hard.
 
5-6 on weekdays

7 or so on weekends.
 
M-F= 930-1000pm to 325am 5-6 hours
SS= 1000-1100pm to ~7am 9-10 hours(if I'm lucky)
 
2-3 hours a night for 15+ years now. Even with sleep aids I get 3-4 tops.
 
Weekdays

Sleep between 11 pm - 12 midnight.
Up at 6:30 AM

Weekends
Sleep time totally depends on my social plans.
Up between 8:30 am - 11:00 AM regardless of when I sleep.
 
During the week go to bed 1 to 1:30AM and up at 7 to 7:30 AM
Weekend without alcohol, bed at 2 to 3AM and up around 9AM if my kids don't wake me up.
Drinking bed ???? up at noon.
 
6hrs during daytime

Crash for 12-16hrs a few times a month.
 
HR professional? Human resources?

I have a pretty bad sleep schedule. Probably between 5-7.5 hours a night, nothing consistent though.
 
I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep but I still get sleepy as fuck when at work.
 
This will depend from person to person. But i like to get + 9 hours sleep.
 
I'm in bed by 9:30 on weekdays, TV off in the bedroom by 10. I think I'm asleep by 10:15. I wake up at 6:15.

On weekends, it depends if fights are on. On Fridays with Axs fights on and same with UFC Saturdays, I'm not in bed until 1 and I wake up at 7:30. If there aren't fights, I stay up until 11 or so and try to sleep in until 7:00.

So basically I try to get 8 hours, but it may just be 6.5 hours on weekends if fights are on.
