just posted a thread on this in conditioning. cool down till ur heart rate is 100 or lower. if its a tough workout u will probably have a hard time sleepin anyway for an hour or 2 .
Until you fall asleep. I doubt you'll fall alseep and have it be unhealthy. I would be concerned about not getting enough sleep because you can't fall asleep.
For a shower I just wait until I stop sweating. I have showered immediatly and gotten out and still be sweating a bit. So just because I prefer not to smell I do a bit of a cool down and then hang around for like an additional 10 mins.
