There was something off with that guy. He would wipe Cerrone's cuts clean and pack them with petroleum jelly. Then he would squeeze the cuts, making them bleed again right before the round started... Idiocy

The UFC has way too many events that are in the hands of random athletic commission cutmen. Think about how often you see a guy start a round with blood pouring down his face in mma vs boxing.

At least in boxing the guy has to land a good shot on a cut to get it flowing again. You have the biggest fights in the history of the sport, like McGregor-Diaz, where Nate is starting rounds with blood flowing down his face and into his eyes. It's bush league.
