i always eat my chicken over raw spinach with red wine vinegar. sometimes ill dice up some carrots as well, but i never seem to tire of red wine vinegar on chicken breasts.

Tried this last night, wasnt fantastic, but it wasnt bad. Worth having again. Also was a good way to have vinegar post wo.

Oh man, I just received Berardi's Gourmet Nutrition cookbook today and the poultry recipes look great. I'll try out some of the chicken seasonings this week and let you know how it goes! They're soo simple!
