Any medical experts, health and safety people agree. There must have been a cloud of macroscopic glass particles after window smashed.

Yeah I saw the video of Mike Dolce explaining it earlier.

ALL the sherdog medical experts are currently busy smashing 10s.

You don't get silicosis from one incident of broken glass dust.

From OSHA:

Silicosis is classified into three types: chronic/classic, accelerated,
and acute.

Chronic/classic silicosis, the most common, occurs after 15–20 years of moderate to low exposures to respirable crystalline silica. Symptoms associated with chronic silicosis may or may not be obvious; therefore, workers need to have a chest x-ray to determine if there is lung damage. As the disease progresses, the worker may experience shortness of breath upon exercising and have clinical signs of poor oxygen/carbon dioxide exchange. In the later stages, the worker may experience fatigue, extreme shortness of breath, chest pain, or respiratory failure.

Accelerated silicosis can occur after 5-10 years of high exposures to respirable crystalline silica. Symptoms include severe shortness of breath, weakness, and weight loss. The onset of symptoms takes longer than in acute silicosis.

Acute silicosis occurs after a few months or as long as 2 years following exposures to extremely high concentrations of respirable crystalline silica. Symptoms of acute silicosis include severe disabling shortness of breath, weakness, and weight loss, which often leads to death.

Oh dude, I while back, I was traveling on a bus with my wife then gf, going on vacation when the bus driver fell asleep and crashed the bus...

Glass was EVERYWHERE. And I mean fucking EVERYWHERE.

We had glass in our eyes, our ears, mouth... you name it.

Before that event, I never imagined how FUCKED UP breaking glass really is.

They had to vacuum glass pieces from our ear canals, and pull tiny shards from under our eyelids. This is no joke.

And mind you, it was only 2-3 broken windows.

We were very VERY lucky cause some people had permanent damage from that shit... cuts in their eyes and what not.... Scary scary shit.

Broken glass everywhere. If it ain't about the money, Puff, I just don't care

That sounds a deeply unpleasant experience , my sympathy to you. Thank you for sharing. It is amazing what life throws up and until it happens to you one is in blissful ignorance . It was bugs me the news always talks about how many people died in an accident or terrorist attack but it barely mentions the hundreds that have dreadful injuries which take months and years to recover from while losing their careers and potential partners and marriages in the process.
