Sierra Skye, IF her ass is fake in ANY way, her surgeon is beyond excellent. Her breast implants are superbly done, as far as can be seen without her being nude. IMHO, her more natural look, with less make-up, is her best look, as shown in her beach photos. She is near ideal for over-all beauty in those photos, IMHO.

Her hips are all-natural and her waist-to-hip ratio is fantastic. Her butt moves very naturally in these gifs.

All of GSM's posted photos of her in the OP and subsequent posts are older pics. Since then she has messed with her lips with fillers, and that has damaged her looks for me.

Every butt implant that I have seen has looked every bit as fake as it is. They just look silly, and leave terrible scarring. I don't like boob jobs, but sometimes they are necessary with mastectomies and other situations. Injections tend to be lumpy and asymmetric.
