shoulder subluxation?

I was wondering if anyone had this and if so how are you dealing with it? I have this not because of injury or wear and tear but because i've been diagnosed extremely laxed a rare condition. I can get a bit bent out of shape and not know it. this is harmful because i might not defend against something because i don't feel the danger in it till sometimes it's too late.
