He's on a 4 fight win streak in ONE. Why would he go to UFC? Seems likely they'll do Pacio v Brooks 3 and do Balart v Masunyane #1 contender.

Also, ONE's weight divisions don't align with UFC because of their weight rules. He's a strawweight.
