I just read a story abou some Network (Mabye ESP,) CEO/Producer quit his job cause he New Drug dealer was blackmailing about him buying Cocaine. He said he was a child of the 60s and worked for Rolling Stones for 10yrs and has always used drugs part time for rec since then and has never let his use get in the way of work and was consider a good worker but he and his boss felt that he put the companys rep on the line and its better if he quit. I think they were gonna fire him. He owned up to everything before the blackmailer could get any money.

But does his out of work habit really tarnish the companys name. He is who is and make no excuses and as long as he keeps doing a good job, i would give him and chance. espeically if he work there a lomg time.

There has been a lot of things people do in their private life that has cost them their positions and i think its nonsense. If your not on the clock, its none of their business if you want to do drugs or be a racist etc...Its infringing on our freedoms and its ridiculous. In another article he states he bought from someone outside his normal channels. This new dealer probably saw the opportunity to make a quick buck off a buyer he’d likely never see again.
