Should supplements be banned?

I'm all for turning fighters into science experiments

Some supplements (i.e. Ingredients in them) are banned, but to ban all supplements is ridiculous. Been on Sherdog a while and always been against PEDs but the witch hunts on Sherdog have been getting out of control recently.

Yeah piss test them for protein. If they have any protein in their system then they should be neutered.

I think Weed shouldn't be doe, and marijuana metabolites should be legal, cause fighting while high is cool

I approve this post! Brought to you by Cannabis for Canada...

No. Be a professional and only take supplements from verifed companies that only use cGMP facilities instead of the cheap way. All these organizations can provide up to date lists of verified supplement companies. If you buy and use from companies not on yhe list, you are a dummy risking your future.

Yeah, maybe athletes can just read the labels and take some responsibility. they could also stop blaming supplements every time they got popped for shit they're injecting, but maybe that's just too much to ask. .

They should be banned for being ineffective

That's just ridiculous. It'd be impossible to do that. WTF? Lmaooo

They should have limits on oxygen intake as well.

Oxygen clearly improves performance, and anything that improves performance should probably be banned.

Unfinished sentenc, you are an idi

Ban supplements ?

I don't even know where to start with the logistics.

these people dont know shiz daniel leith, mike dolce, and goldhart all agree with me that with proper nutrition, supplements are unnecessary

Just make it so the only legal supplement is the one true GOAT of all supplements and require every fighter to bathe in it.

And it is in the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding book.....If Arnie says it helps, then it does.

No but $11 for a beer at the fights should be

It would also get rid of this tainted supplement bs
USADA knows that tained supplement excuse is BS

They give all athletes a list of supplements that are NSF/GMP compliant. They tell you that you assume all risk if you buy products without these certifications (which is why almost every athlete that has gone to arbitration with that excuse has lost).
