Or Hunt gifted a title shot. I mean the guy risked his life against this white silverback.

Brock's punishment should be the UFC ranking him their #1 fighter of all time.

My opinion: Brock's win should be overturned to No Contest.

However, even as a dedicated Hunt fan I don't think he gets a title shot from it.

It should be a no contest.
That probably won't make Hunt's swelling go down any faster though.

Only if he also tested positive post fight.

Same situation Yoel Romero was in.

If that were to happen then every fight in combat sports history involving usage would need to be overturned and that would be chaos. As much as it sucks, there's nothing special about this fight to separate it from any other fight where one used PEDs. It'll just be a no contest, Brock will be fined and suspended, and everything will continue as usual.

THERE WAS NO FIGHT.

Brock was cowardily surviving via lay and pray.

I knew all along that Brock Lesnar is a steroid abuser, a cheater, who was heavily cheating for UFC 200. And that he is NOT nor will he ever be half the fighter that Mark Hunt is.

And Mark Hunt can and will be the UFC Heavyweight Champion by year 2017, if he desires

If the failed test is upheld, assuming Brock appeals, the outcome of the fight will be ruled a no contest. I believe it is standard procedure.

It'll be overturned unless his B sample comes back clean. Even in cases where no fault is found, or they grant a TUE and issue a warning, at a minimum they'll give him a loss of results. As soon as that sample comes back, it's essentially guaranteed that the result will be overturned, even it it turns out to be a completely innocent accident.

My thoughts exactly. In 99% of cases when the winner fails the test, it gets changed to a no contest.

I think they are labeling it an "out of competition" test, so I think it stands. Yoel got to keep his win over Jacare and Overeem got to keep his win over Brock but both of those were shortly after a fight not before.
