Should NBA/FIBA create a height class league?

What if the NBA or FIBA were to create a league for not-so-tall players? At best, a below 6 ft. league? Would this open up opportunities for more players who got skills but are not freakishly tall? Would this be profitable?

I think it's a great idea. The dunks would be a lot more impressive, and you might think there would be less dunks, but it would probably balance out with no 7 footer to block shots.

Hell you might see more dunks.
