Honestly prior to fedor getting rocked, he did look fast and strong. I just rewatched the fight. Of course he might have gased and slowed down regardless of the knock down. We can only speculate about that. I do see the signs that he might be done when it comes to fighting. After being knocked down, he looked so slobby the rest of the fight. He had his chin up high and hands down low. He used to be fast enough to get out of the way, but it seems like that speed might be gone. The question is whether it is gone because of getting rocked, or just because Fedor is getting older? When Fujita rocked Fedor, he managed to neutralise Fujita rather quick on the ground. This could be because Fujita is just on a much lower level than moldonova, or it could be that Fedor has lost the ability to close down the opponents attack.
That being said. Go back to the beginning of the fight and see the explosive fedor who decided to go for the kill against a really solid boxer. I really do believe he can still compete physically. But mentally his losses might just have affected him too much. I would like to see him give it one more shot, and if thing don't go well, retirer.
