Should every number 1 contender fight be for interim title?

Well, they've already instituted a policy of "all defeated champions get automatic rematches", so why not dial the stupidity up another level and say "number one contenders matches are all for the Interim Title".

In fact, why stop there?
Why not let every fight with at least one top 10 non-champion involved be for an Interim Title?
You can have a half dozen of them floating around at once. Titles are good for business.
