He can fight but against other fighters more his speed. At this point, I doubt he can punch hard either so someone like Shamrock or Royce would be perfect for him.
I don't think it's as simple as saying nope, he shouldn't fight again. The guy's entire self worth seems to be about fighting..... so if never fighting again robs him of that, then maybe there's still a way he can continue his career, if he's capable of re-evaluating his style and being matched against a realistic opponent.
Brandon Shaub does a fantastic job of expressing the difference in mentality between an normal person and somebody who's born to fight when he reminisces about his match with Cro-cop, and there's no better example for Chuck to follow than the Croatian, if he really does want to continue his career at the risk of even more neurological damage.
