I kinda want him to, unless McGregor beats RDA, in which case I wanna see Cerrone vs. McGregor at LW
I think so. There's some great fights for him a WW. Brown vs. Cerrone has to happen.I kinda want him to, unless McGregor beats RDA, in which case I wanna see Cerrone vs. McGregor at LW
well if he's weight drained from cutting too much his reflexes and stamina will be off leaving him open to body shots, and a hard cut will have the shots take more of a toll on him. I don't think you're retarded at all. It just depends on what he's comfortable with. I don't know his natural weight after re hydration and maybe a little fat.I think he should, dude is too skinny at 155.
And maybe this just retarded bro logic but I think it makes him more susceptible to body shots.

Hard to tell how good he is at WW since olive was also a blown up LW
I think he needs to move down personally. He got the finish, but that was embarrassingly poor BJJ by Alex. Cerrone was getting ragdolled before that and everyone has figured out his mid-section issues.
I think he needs to move down and compete there. He will 100% get KO'd against top 10 competition in that division.
My point is more that Alex seemed to be able to impose his will on him pretty well, and he isn't a wrestler or even a high-level grappler. He got submitted with ease, but Cerrone did not look "strong" in that short fight. These boys are way too big for him, I think they are too big for Benson too, but at least he's got a wrestling/grappling base - Cerrone is here to kick people and use the BJJ when needed. He isn't beating anyone in a grappling match at 170 who actually has some good top game. Also, people throw "ragdolled" around waaaaay too much. Getting pushed into the cage, throwing knees and receiving knees isn't being ragdolled. Alex was throwing hooks and knees at Cerrones body, and Cerrone didn't really even wince. I don't know how he'll fair against the top 10, and going up against the Condits, Hendricks, Lawlers of the world would be reeeeal tough for him. I just keep seeing this "Alex ragdolled him" thing, and it didn't really happen that way.
