Training has been going to shit for a few workouts, so it's time for me to take a break ( 7 days). My question is: I'm currently taking creatine, whey and glutamine, should I still take them during the layoff or is it a waste of money?
i also still recomend taking them, I assume your plan was to be working out and taking your supplements during those 7 days off had you not stopped, so keep taking them so your body is still used to it.
