Short arms, short legs, long torso

Go undress yourself and look in the mirror. You'll notice if you've got an abnormally longer torso in proportion to limb length. Or short ass torso and string bean legs.

i honestly just checked lol, and i think i'm more on the, "longer, leaner" side. i think.

@Cint, stop bullshitting us. We all know your real body type

For my height my legs are relatively short. I've never really thought about any issues from it though. The only reason I actually realized it is because when I buy a bike I buy a smaller one than people would expect.

Oh, and on occasion I might need to get new pants hemmed a little.

I have always felt that my legs are long and my arms are short, thats because i suck at deadlifting.

How much do you deadlift? it has always been my weakest point.

I haven't done it in years as my local gym doesn't have bumper plates etc

When i was in college wrestling i could do 475

Deadlifting has always been extra easy for me, not only due to proportions but because I wrestled since elementary school and lifting people is the same muscle groups. The first time I deadlifted I was 15 years old in football and they were having everyone find their max to start from and i did 3 plates on my first try lol

My bench press and overhead press/military press have always sucked ass though. Long arms are a curse there. The same day I did 315 on deadlift, I could barely bench one plate

Im on the opposite.

I did 475 once in my late 20s but i was a fat fuck back then so it wasnt that impressive, i hate deadlifts with passion.

On the other hand OHpress is easy for me, i can do 205lbsx5 if im well rested.

I never really tried to lift extra heavy because I put on both muscle and fat easily so I was constantly in a struggle to keep my weight down. I was wrestling 149 at 5'10 and I had a rumble/Hendricks relationship with off-season weight gain lol

475 at 149 is quite impressive, i was close to twice that weight at 6' when i hit that weight.

I'm off to watch some Mike Tyson, Rocky Marciano and Frazier highlights. Later you long limbed freaks.

I was walking around 165 or so. Deadlift, squat and power clean were the only lifts I was proud of in the gym

were you still strong as hell once you cut?

Nope, the only lift i can remain consistent on is on the OHpress, the others suffer greatly when i cut.

So now im kinda fat, but not as fat as in my knees hurt and i cant play guard fat.

Playing guard sucks when you're fat and your legs are too thick too easily triangle people , but it's awesome when you're on top lol

Whatever the worst proportions are for squats, that's my body type. Always struggled with squats no matter how much effort i put into perfecting form

If men's 115 was an actual division, I'd be the Jon Jones of it. 67" height, 70.5" reach, 125 lb. walkaround weight.
