This is incredible so much going on. Are you using other programs besides photoshop?

Used Photoshop for image manipulation. I tend to use Flash (Sothink SWF Quicker) for my gifs, as to me it's easier than PS. Tied to do a smoke one earlier in this thread, but found out that After Effects is much easier. The Zombie Jones was like a 60 frame green screen video. Didn't feel like masking 60 frames in PS, so I figured out that AE could remove the green screen in just a few clicks. Lots of spit, glue, and a big old hammer approach. I just kept beating on it till it worked. A good learning experience. :icon_chee

Did this one a while ago. I posted an earlier version. Reworked it a little bit. I think his nose is backward. I had to place his nose, eyes, and mouth to keep it in proportion with the original image. Because if this, and the negative/inverse effect, it doesn't look much like Rogan. W/E.
