Naive question: When working with gifs their resolution tends to be pretty low (to keep file sizes manageable) but it means that moving something a full pixel isn't always desirable. You can see this problem in the hanging frame I added to this gif:
Is there a way to move something LESS than a full pixel? I could make my movements smoother and look more seamless IF this is possible.
Hey Mike I found this on Adobe forums. It does work with the transform tool when you are zoomed in 200% and have unchecked Photoshop Preferences > General > Snap Vector Tools and Transforms to Pixel Grid. It moves things at half a pixel. Glad you asked cause it made me look it up.
