LOL, it was my first attempt at doing a "no nose" gif and it wasn't too hard and turned out... interesting.

Basically I took the original gif and added 2 more copies of it within the same file (making sure that each one was put into their own seperate "group" so I could modify each individually). Then I used layer masks to show/hide horizontal bands of each group. Shifted them into place, tweaked the look (hue/sat./brightness) of the top 2 to match the bottom one, and slightly modified the scale of one to get it to more closely match the others.

IMO it turned out funny enough I'll probably do more in the future.
