Was gonna make it all pretty. Roughed it out with some serious speed masking and it looked pretty cool all choppy like that. Didn't feel a need to dial it in.

What program do you used?

I used Photoshop. I put Nate's head on top of Aldo for 26 frames. To start off, I masked off Nate's flappy cheek and Nate's mouth area to allow Aldo's mouth and cheek to show through. Then towards the end, I masked off less and less of Nate's mouth and flappy cheek so that they would fade in.

Here is just Nate's head. The first one is full speed, the second is slowed down about 7 times.
