I used Photoshop. It took me a while to learn the process. I suppose the gif itself took around 15 minutes, you just have to move the layers around and that's about it (unless you want to do better quality stuff).

Hope to contribute some more once I get a better hang of it.

Wow, only 15 minutes? You must have graphics editing experience. I'm decent at editing photos, but to make a gif like that would take me at least an hour or two. Nice job, man!
