So what is a decent app or program for doing shoops? I don't know what im doing still, but enjoy looking at all the shoop masters stuff, and enjoy trying to do my own stuff as well
I usually am on a tablet. Any recommendations? Im using something that is literally just called "Cut Paste Photos"...and that is literally all it does. Very basic

I use Picsart... It's pretty straightforward, and you can do a lot with it if you have the patience.

I use Gimp, I actually prefer it to Photoshop personally plus it's free, just seems quicker to get through shoops. As for apps...I tried the mobile version of Gimp which was a nightmare although it may be easier on a tablet, particularly if you have a stylus maybe...I have't tried but may be worth a shot.
