Nice attention to detail on the shadow below Tom 'Real Gorilla' Aspinall.
Highlights and shadows are v important to making shoops look real, even though often a Filthy Casual will have no idea *why* it looks real, it's details like highlights and shadows and getting the light direction consistent amongst the various objects in the scene.
Same applies to the colour(1) temperature of the objects as well, generally, regarding matching it etc in a scene.
(1) Translation for the Americans amongst us : "colour" (Brit English) = "color" (American English).
