-Used MS paint to manually cut the heads (and sometimes the overlaid bits of the original gif), and put them into place on the frames by eye.
-Uploaded them frame by frame manually into ezgif.com

I've done "Frame by Frame" gifs in photoshop. I can only imagine teh complexity of doing it in MS Paint. Well done brother.
