That's pretty easy using Frame Animation in PS, and will even be easier using Video Timeline Animation. Just mask or cut out the eye on a .png on the top layer (I'm assuming that's how you did it). If you use Video Timeline it's really easy to wiggle around the eyeball to keep it placed where you want. For example you can keep it centered or even have it moving back and forth in just a few clicks.

Ya know the forum changed the rules some months ago on how we can shoop the ladies. Something like your shoop woulda been fine say 6 months ago or so but now they don't allow stuff like that any more. It kinda sucks but there is nothing I can do. It totally is not my call. But yea a tattle tale kinda brought attention to it. :(

Gotcha I thought since she wasn't naked nor was it from pern it was good but I do understand the nature of it and why it's not ok. I still think it should a been ok but if I didnt add the head It would have been inappropriate.
