Gus has nothing for Jones.

Glover is an offensive BJJ practitioner (it means he actually sumbits people in mma bous unlike all bjj black belts that fought Jones before). So if Vitor managed to pull Jones into his guard and almost submit him, maybe Glover will finish his work.

Yeah, I don't think so. Jones admitted he didn't work hard on his jits (which is crazy), and he was going to change that. And Glover doesn't seem to be a very varied striker, so I'm sure Greg will be able to gameplan away any advantage he might have.
