I see some people wearing some kind of shin sleeve or calf sleeve or whatever they are called on no gi tournaments. Are they just compression pads they are wearing to use it for grip or is there a certain type that people use? Just curious considering in my gym, its getting super hot so I'm starting to lose a lot of grip on my legs from all the sweat.
