The company should absolutely be held to task for such a mismatch. Once the cage door closes though, it is entirely up to the referee to rule on the action, rules are upheld and fighter safety is on him, that is his job.

Shev is the Ronda UFC was hoping for - good looking (kind of) but can actually fight. I think she def won the second Nunes fight too and Nunes is alot bigger than her. IMO, she is definitely P4P #1 fighter and beat Holly much more thoroughly than Cyborg.

mismatches happen. As other folk have said, going in to this Cachoeira looked legit and had a decent record for someone making their UFC debut.

The fight itself was of course badly handled.

Hindsight is 20/20 and I didn't see anyone posting about how this gal was going to be murdered and how inappropriate this match up was before the fight.

Yes, the consensus was that she was going to lose, there is no doubt about that. But the sanctimonious Monday morning quarterbacking about how the match up was "irresponsible" and "dispicable" is a little much....
