he can grapple his plump, ample ass off but his lineage is dubious at best.

He has no business teaching striking to anyone.
 
I'm about half way through this, and agree so far with much of what Dan has said.
 
It would have been classic if Kesting was doing that podcast live and accepting calls.

It would have been an F12 Super Bowl party.

Would have gone something like this.

 
I listened and it was actually pretty good. The story about runner from ten guys all trying to kick his ass was crazy.
Made me wonder if it wswa bunch of dudes from F12
 
So I listened to the interview. I got to say @Stephan Kesting is a really good interviewer. That was the fist time I had heard his podcast. Too many people try to do this and then have a me too story for everything their guest say, or the have a list of questions and never go deeper into an answer to explore it a little. Good job.
