The best possible match-up would be Jack v. @Rex Kwon Do, with @Zankou ultimately buying up the whole institution and dropping false conspiracy leads for @IDL

Frankly, I'd be fine with Pan winning. It would be good if the master thread was actually readable, rather than just non-combat sports subforum posters flirting with each other and posting junior-high level flames of everyone else. Both Brexit and Trump's election are related to the fact that change processes driven by globalization are accelerating and impacting people's lives. I personally am convinced that this influence has been overwhelmingly positive so far, but there is no denying that free trade and migration are making it more and more difficult to influence anything on a national level. Many people who voted for Brexit imo did so feeling that they were not able to influence politics and outcomes the way it was possible 30 or 40 years ago. And in a way, they are right: The EU does influence law-making, but it is with good reason.

I think Brexit is a mistake and will prove costly and fruitless. I also think many voters were misguided by anti-Brexit media - I had to destroy several threads based on Daily Mail articles with facts, for example. But I understand why the vote came about.

Populism, especially right wing populism, is on the rise in Europe from England to France and Switzerland over Austria to Poland. As a liberal German, I see this as a problem - we know what dark paths this kind of politics can lead to. The European Union has guaranteed peace on the continent for decades. I would hate to see it crumble.

However, there clearly have been mistakes. Expanding to the East and including culturally different Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary was bad, including corrupt Bulgaria and Romania was horrible, and using accession negotiations with Turkey as a tool to keep them close has long been a farce.

The idea is great. It really is great. @JDragon has no political vision, and it's painfully obvious.

As of now, we have a list of reliable War Room citizens who engage in political conversation. This would eliminate trolls who decide to enter the War Room, for example, to rip a Clinton shill for such a brutal, humiliating defeat to Donald J. Trump, something even you leftists would appreciate.

This would temporarily limit the number of posters in the War Room. We will designate a certain number of "likes" that foreign posters would need to obtain citizenship--or even fast track promotion for those with obvious substance. It does not have to be a lengthy process. It may be difficult for those who lack the attention span of a small child, as demonstrated by @JDragon in this thread. It also has its benefits for posters like @Jack V Savage, who admittedly ignores many floating posters.

We fully expect political opposition from our establishment opponents such as @JDragon who claims to be anti-immigration but plans to do nothing about the ongoing troll problem.

99% of posters were born outside the War Room. If you're saying that your first visit to the number 1 MMA forum in the world was to the political section, you're a liar, a troll, or have been previously banned from Sherdog. Which one is it, @JDragon?

@Jack V Savage has also stated that he came from the mma forums, as well. Is he ineligible to run?

Good citizens, I believe you can see through the obvious collusion and smear campaign against @Palis. We've seen it happen in the very recent past.
