"Research demonstrates that testosterone levels rise as a response to sexual stimuli. Therefore, an athlete could benefit pre-workout by being exposed pre-workout to sexual stimuli. The athlete could then exercise with increased testosterone levels and aggression.

One hour post-exercise, the athlete should achieve ejaculation. This will increase the natural level of killer cells, thus increasing immune-system function and enhancing recovery abilities. The increase in killer cells will prevent over-training.

You may also choose to postpone the achievement of ejaculation for seven days so as to maximize testosterone on a day of the athletes choosing - i.e. on the hardest training or competition day. If the athlete chooses this protocol, ejaculation should be achieved on the seventh day, post workout and according to the above protocol, so as to avoid the negative feedback suppression of LH demonstrated on day eight of abstinence."

Anyone feel like abstaining for a week to see if it makes an improvement?
 
humans get tired after ejaculation. it is the way your body prevents you from just screwing 24/7 and actually stopping to eat/drink/rest

I also heard that if you plan on staying celibate that you get a t boost, but it reaches its peak at day 7

though giving yourself blue balls might work too

Your body has a hormonal mechanism that basically shuts you down a little while after you ejaculate.

Jerking off before lifting is like having a pre-workout dose of sleeping pills.

It's not pee, it's just the lubricating fluid being gushed out.

ejaculating before working out is stupid, and makes you more fatigued, at least in my experiences. i dont see it doing any good whatsoever.

on the other hand, no pun intended, i have abstained from having sex for a week and had a very high pain threshold and increased tension and energy.. obviously.

i think if you get turned on and are super erect, and cant let it out you get a boost in agression and have more energy to exercise. maybe gyms should start playing porno in the facilities.
 
I'd say the only way to make your workout better is to get teased/blue balled by a girl who you can't stand but have sweaty bang sessions with anyways. You have a borderline panic attack you're so riled up and angry.
 
Some of my most vile (in a good way) workouts have been with blue balls.
