Anyone cook with this? I wanted to start making some healthy Asian food at home.
I don't know that it's one of the "good" oils, but since it's flavour is so strong, you don't need to use a lot of it so it should be fine. I've made some amazing salads with a touch of sesame oil. It has a great flavour for sure.
It has a very strong flavor...use it sparingly.
