Could someone describe a typical BJJ seminar?

Do you need to come with your own partner or are there usually enough people to pair up with?

Is it taught like a class with warm ups, hand full of techniques, then rolling? Do you typically free roll after the techniques are taught?

    Thanks

From the ones I have attended:

-usually warm-up on your own or with the group
-the instructor giving the seminar will begin with a technique and show the move and defenses a few times..then it is time to pair up with someone to practice
-this goes on for the most part of the seminar and the sometimes...
    1)there may be belt tests
2)there may be a rolling session with the instructor
3)or there may be a free rolling session or in-house event
-then depending the guy usually brings stuff to sell and guys buy patches and vids
