They of course ship to the ports in Mexico within the Gulf, but when the ship is being marketed they dont refer to it as being open in the 'Mexican Gulf', rather the 'USG'. Typically the destination for the vessel, depending on the size and vessel segment, is for the Mississippi River. At least for bulk commodities.

If this administration really wanted to honor the military they would bolster the VA and strengthen homeless outreach along with mental health outreach. They don't care. They want fireworks and rah rah bullshit. They don't want to look at a homeless veteran with a missing limb. Helping people, REALLY helping people, is very difficult and takes preparation and money, neither of which this administration is willing to offer.
