Nope, you can run your league differently to my leagues however (Koloth and SirKratos did last season). For my leagues, even if a fighter gets cut, retires or whatever, you still only get one free transfer per month .

I've noticed @TheScorpionDude still has Lorenz Larkin (maybe he re-signs?) and Josh Barnett who is on a USADA suspension I believe? @Guile still has Nikita Krylov who has just signed with EFN. And @Mondo Freaks has Ryan Bader who is close to signing with Bellator.
