Media Sean Strickland Meets Nick Diaz For The First Time

Great to see Nick again !

Wish there was better energy in the gym. Think Nick may have been caught off guard when Sean referred to him as a legend. AFAIK Nick may not have wanted to be filmed at the time.

Hespect to Nick, a true warrior from a wickedly competitive time of MMA.

Nick's battle with BJ Penn is a classic back & forth war ready to rock a ReWatch !

I enjoyed seeing that clash of cultures.

Strickland is definitely a fan, but still edgy enough to call out how awkward Diaz's permanent ganster is. Similarly, I love how consistent the Diaz's are when it comes to standing on business, they don't change for the camera because they are not doing it for the camera.

It is hard to appreciate them outside of their fighting prime, but it is important to respect them as "elders" (not age, but accomplishment). They survived a brutal life by embracing a brutal sport in a brutal time.

He is sufferimg CTE and back problems. I dont know what role you have in mind.
Anything thats not lighting grass on fire in a park, getting into domestic disputes and doing hard drugs. Nick is better around the sport. Also name a fighter who's Nick's age that wont have CTE or back issues.

Of course nicks fighting days are long over with, but I’d like to see him as a coach. I think he could do well in that role. And trainer.
