This may be old news but I was watching youtube videos and happened across the thatwasepic channel where they pull various pranks and give away money to people. Anyone else see Sean O'Malley on the channel? That was pretty cool. He's been in a few of them.

I have seen them. Sugar does a lot of collaboration with YouTubers he has all sorts interesting content

Yeah, only thing is giving people money when they're homeless don't necessarily help...I know I have been homeless twice.

Teaching them how to get out of their situation is the real way to help them, only problem with that is it won't be sexy and get them the views the so desperately crave sir.

Yeah I am personally not too big of a fan of helping others when cameras are around, and videos being monetized. But whatever helps grow their channel and makes them look like good people i guess

Still, if they're giving away money to people who might need it, why not. I've seen some where he's offering to pay their rent and some of them are in struggle so that's nice:


I get your point though and I'm the same as you, I don't record when giving to someone something but the only way they're able to do that to that extent is by videoing it and getting that Youtube money.

Money is not the answer to these poor bastads problems.

Plenty of these sort of videos aren't even trying to deal with someone's "problem". So many of them are just shit like buying someone's groceries or gifting them a Ps5 or something. Stuff like that is fine to me. Those people were going to buy their own groceries anyway.

But yeh, giving some homeless person cash doesn't really help.

There you're assuming that they're all alcoholics or drug addicts, not all of them are. He's not giving money to the homeless here.
