I'm not reading through 16 pages of this. All I got out of it was that O'Malley's yet another modern day simp who's perfectly fine with his so-called women getting fucked by other guys right in front of him. Also, "muh feelings" is used as the sole reason for anybody to do or think anything these days.

Real men have harems. The mistake is attaching yourself to just one woman to begin with. And even then you have to deal with your harem getting jealous of each other, trying to kill each other off, etc. It's not nearly as glamorous as it seems, trust me.

(The really weird thing is that actual swingers are now getting attacked by the SJW crowd. Just google "Jim Stacey Cornette".)

Heres my super wild assumption:

They been together forever as a regular monogamous couple. Boredom starts kicking in for Sean and he wants to experience more things while hes still young, plus he’s semi-famous and semi-rich now, so he can get loads of pussy and he knows it. He doesnt wanna break up with her because they’ve been together for so long and they’ve been through so much together he cant imagine life without her, he also doesnt want to hurt her, but frustration is kicking in as he wants to fuckkk and party and enjoy his youth and newfound fame care-free. So he somehow gets her to agree to this open relationship thing as a sort of solution that he thinks is gonna work, she probably half-assed accepts because she doesnt wanna lose him, especially now that hes becoming this big star, and maybe shes also feeling the boredom and craves some excitement as well.

Open relationships are usually a sort of last ditch effort in a dying relationship.
I hope it works out for them but I think he’d be better of ripping the bandaid off and just break up.

Kings princes and khans had harems.

Now days its rich people and celebrities.

These people need a ton of woman because they have a soulless void in their heart that needs to constantly be fed.

They are also insecure and rely on paying women to make themselves feel wanted.

Its the equivalent of someone making a little bit of wealth and then covering themselves in expensive jewelry.

Any man worth his salt that has any type of value whatsoever understands the importance of a long term mono relationship.

That's a pretty good description tbh. Maybe that's why the "open" relationship is working out, he has all the time and opportunity to get laid while she's too busy with her kid and the home.
 
My only problem with these open relationships is with him probably footing the bill for her. There's no way in hell she's paying her part of the relationship. He's an idiot in this regard

do you happen to see any contradictions in your post, by chance? i know i see one. on the other hand, we may have very different definitions of what a relationship is. my girl doing anything with any other guy, is no longer my girl. but that's just me.

You have been indoctrinated by religion and society to feel jealousy when someone fucks a girl you like, most of us are indoctrinated in ways we don't even realize.

ok, cool man. i bid you good fortune in that pursuit. we are all free to do as we please. i would just caution you to realize that you're in the minority, and just to not feel defensive when the majority disagree with you.
