Bro, lasering a tattoo off takes anywhere from like 8-15 sessions and is about 5x more painful than getting an actual tattoo. Even then, the tattoo never completely disappears. I'm speaking from experience.

You're correct, especially a tattoo so dense. Still, better than having it on his forehead as is for the rest of his life. Lasering, and then getting a coverup is also an option. Likely to be something even more unhinged looking.
