Then he pops up as Rudy and the fades again for a decade.

Then he pops up as the the Sam in the Lord of the rings trilogy.

It's like this dude comes out of his hole once per decade to make a huge movie where audience's cry and root for him.

He might be the greatest ever at playing underdogs.

Bro, sounds like a desirable career given most of Holywood unmentionables. Good for him.

uh, he's not an A-Lister or anything, but he did other fun movies than Rudy and the goonies. Encino man, Toy Soldiers

Toy Soldiers is arguably his very best movie outside of LOTR
